1. HMI's identifying end paint color is RED.
2. Spacer sticks are placed in our specific dimension width packs to help hold packs tight. Standard random width x random length packs hold their tension well enough that these spacers are not necessary.
3. A cover panel containing specific identifying info about the pack is placed on each side for customer convenience. Species, Thickness, Grade, Surface thickness, Pack number and manufacturing specifics are all noted for easy identification.
4. Plastic edge protectors are used under all banding to protect the top and bottom boards which would otherwise be damaged under the pressure of the steel banding.
5. 3.4" steel strapping is used to band each pack. We have tested many brands and banding processes to ensure bundles remain tight and secure during transit.
6. Bolsters are placed on each pack to assist in reducing handing and labor costs.
