Customer Service - Hardwoods of Michigan has in place a "Customer Service Incentive" in which all employees participate. A program called the L.U.M.B.E.R. Plan is an employee bonus based plan in which customer satisfaction is one of its primary measurable indicators. In this program, reports on invoice adjustments, on time shipments and load inspection are used as indices of our total customer satisfaction achievement. |
